We’re FlosAgri

A newly formed native plant nursery created out of a love for nature, and fostering a deeper connection between ourselves and the natural world.

We aim to provide high-quality, locally grown native plants that are perfect for creating sustainable and vibrant refugia in your backyard, garden, community landscape, or even a pot on your front porch.

Why native plants? Every plant has coevolved over millennia with the life around it - bacteria, fungi, other plants, and animals - forming the intricate web that makes living on Earth possible. Using native plants is a direct way to support local biodiversity, helping it recover and thrive amid urbanization and a changing climate.

When possible, we are growing local ecotype seed. What is local ecotype seed? Local ecotype seed comes from plants that have evolved in a specific area; in this case, the Hudson Valley. Using local ecotype seed leads to healthier ecosystems and preserves seed diversity.

Our hope is to protect these natural connections, help heal our Mother Earth, and share our passion for making a meaningful impact within the Hudson Valley community. We, you -everyone- can make make a difference.
